It has been revealed that a certain cohort of younger staffers working for Joe Biden refer to Donald Trump as "Hitler Pig" in private texts with one another.

While Biden has repeatedly disparaged his predecessor both on the campaign trail and behind closed doors, there is no evidence that he himself ever used the term.

According to Politico, the term "Hitler Pig" was not an invention of the staffers. Images of the dictator in hog form have been around since the time of the Third Reich, and images of the former president's face superimposed on a pig with a Swastika armband populated the internet before Biden took office. His critics on many ocassions likened him to the Nazi in response to things he said or policies he implemented.

According to staffers who spoke with the outlet anonymously, they allegedly began using the nickname in 2022 after noted white supremacist and Holocaust denier Nick Fuentes was spotted attending a dinner at Mar-a-Lago alongside Kanye West.

Trump maintained that while West had come to him for "advice," Fuentes was an uninvited guest. He explained that it was a "very quick meal," and that although Fuentes didn't speak about his hateful beliefs, if he had, they "wouldn't have been accepted."

Nonetheless, many, including the aforementioned Biden staffers, suggested without evidence that Trump was fine with the far-right commentator and his views.

The young aides have used "Hitler Pig" since then, and the term was most recently spotted in text messages they sent one another about the former president's attendance at the criminal trial brought against him by DA Alvin Bragg in New York.

"Hitler Pig sleepy," one staffer wrote to the others, sharing a post from the New York Times' Maggie Haberman describing Trump's behavior in the court room.

The Trump campaign has responded to the staffers' use of the term.

"Joe Biden talks a lot about decency, but he and his staff don't have a decent bone in their bodies," senior advisor Brian Hughes said. "These ridiculous and gross comments reflect the failure and dishonesty of the entire Biden operation."
