A 14-year-old girl’s classmate in Washington created and traded pornographic images of her using AI technology. The family just found out about it but the AI-manipulated pornographic picture of the 14-year-old girl and other students in Everett’s Eisenhower Middle School had apparently been circulating for months.

The mother of the girl, who wished to remain anonymous, told Fox 13, "I never dreamed that somebody could take her picture off of social media with her at the mall with her friends and then create something so gross with that.”

She added, "The boy apparently told his friends he was collecting them and he called them Pokémon cards."

The mom said that the principal “…asked to see their phones, and the kids showed him their phones. And he said he deleted text messages, and that’s really infuriated me because that’s criminal evidence that he was interfering with and deleting and the police need to be able to find that.”

Everett Public Schools said in a statement, “The safety and well-being of our students is our highest priority. We take all reports of inappropriate or harmful behavior and actions very seriously, including the misuse of technology and social media, and work closely with the Everett Police Department as warranted. Everett Public Schools does not comment on active investigations."
