Far-left groups are being commandeered by the social and economic systems they wish to destroy

While these two groups have made it their modus operandi to tear down what they perceive to be problematic structures within Western society, they have received heavy support by those very structures amid the tragic death of George Floyd.

It began a couple days after Floyd’s death, when riots broke out in Minneapolis, resulting in the death of at least one person and brutal beating of several others. Rioters set buildings ablaze and looted whatever desirable goods they could get their hands on before dashing off into the night.

It was clear from the very beginning that Floyd’s death would be easily used by bad actors as a pretext for violent behavior. And this recklessness continued night after night.

Several arrests were made in those first few days, but they were counteracted by Hollywood celebrities who almost immediately came to the aid of those who had committed arson, burglary, assault, and vandalism. The likes of Steve Carell, Seth Rogen, and Chrissy Teigen pledged money to bail these criminals out of jail. Although financial support and armchair activism on social media was the primary way celebrities got involved, it nevertheless represented staunch support for the criminals.

At least, for most.

ESPN sportswriter Chris Martin Palmer initially supported the riots that broke out in Minneapolis, taking to Twitter, tweeting: “Burn that shit down. Burn it all down.” He supported the violence and mayhem so long as it did not reach his own luxury home. But the mob is blind—and they eventually came for Palmer’s area of town, which ended in him referring to the people he once supported as “animals.”

Celebrities and the like encourage violent behavior in the inner-cities so long as that violence does not creep into their lavish luxury lifestyles.

Riots and civil unrest flared up in several cities across the US, including Los Angeles, Louisville, New York, Seattle, and Portland. While law enforcement was deployed to certain areas to tame the violence, buildings were still set on fire, several more people were assaulted and killed, and looting continued.

Left-leaning politicians made efforts to back up the rioters after the criminals were charged with being members of Antifa and Black Lives Matter. The narrative that Antifa did not even exist was spearheaded by left-leaning media outlets, such as CNN, who then moved the goalposts by saying that Antifa was merely an ideology adhered to by some individuals.

The mainstream media’s effort to call something non-existent even though we can see it with our own two eyeballs is what I have coined is a gaslighting campaign. They did this with Antifa, even though we could clearly see it was Antifa. And they have utilized this strategy to great effect.

It was soon revealed that President Donald Trump had intended to designate Antifa as a terrorist organization, which has helped Andy Ngo in filing a lawsuit against Antifa for the assault against him in the summer of 2019. But none of this seemed to matter, as politicians doubled down on the idea that Antifa does not represent a great threat to Americans.

Instead, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, and Bill de Blasio, among others, gave legitimacy to Antifa and BLM by pointing the finger at police, insisting that law enforcement was exclusively responsible for the damages and innocent lives taken at the hands of rioters. This decision was not based on any factual data (as there is no evidence to support the claim that black lives are targets of racism within law enforcement), but based rather on an effort to inject policy and ideology into the mainstream that favors the left.

An example of the insincerity of dismantling the police manifested in its purest form with the case of Nury Martinez—a Los Angeles City Council member—who was vocal about defunding the LAPD while simultaneously having had a two-officer unit standing watch outside her home for the past three months. But it is this kind of message that attracts the masses, despite the facts that prove her talking points are contrary to her actions.

It is curious how these politicians are sure in their so-called belief to defund the police, but not one of them has offered a replacement system that would keep towns and cities safe. The reason for this is that they do not have one—they do not need to. They only need to appease the masses, which is sure to grind out votes in their favor come election time.

Whether the idea of defunding the police becomes a reality or not, even the prospect of dismantling law enforcement is a direct assault on Western civilization.

Which raises the question of BLM, and what it is the group really hopes to accomplish. The organization is shopped around as a movement to acknowledge and teach others about the discrimination that black people receive on a daily basis. But I would here suggest that BLM is not a group that only wishes to educate and advocate for black lives around the globe, but rather that they are a political branch of the far-left that is contingent upon subverting Western values while at the same time instituting the ideology of black identitarianism.

BLM does not hide this information either. The organization front-loads their “What We Believe” page with jargon and lingo that could have been pulled straight out of a gender studies class taught by a professor sympathetic to Vladimir Lenin’s Red Army. Such phrases as “we are self-reflexive and do the work required to dismantle cis-gender privilege and uplift Black trans folk…” and “we engage comrades with the intent to learn about and connect with their contexts…” and “we disrupt the Western-prescribed nuclear family structure…”

Though there are much more productive ways to communicate without having to resort to prefixes like “cis” and communist-charged terms like “comrades,” these mechanisms are deliberately inserted so as to establish political loyalties—none of which support or value Western culture. We have seen this most explicitly in the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone (CHAZ), where a sign for a garden they created equated capitalism with racism. There have even been efforts to enforce a low-grade form of reparations toward black people within the zone, with one man demanding that all white people give one black person ten dollars before they leave.

This is where capitalistic enterprise comes in. Antifa and BLM are far-left groups that wish to destroy Western values such as capitalism (since capitalism means racism). But something very peculiar has happened now among large companies, where they have now come out in support of BLM and their efforts. Amazon is one of the major ones, where their homepage features a “Black Lives Matter” section, but they are not the . Hundreds of have now come out in support of the far-left extremist group.
