Disgraced former non-binary Biden official was behind school policy to hide kids’ ‘genders’ from parents

"This is a deliberate attempt to undermine familial relationships, which are very difficult to rebuild once damaged."

Sam Brinton, the biological male who identifies as non-binary, puppy-fetishist, alleged thief of women's luggage, and recently fired deputy assistant secretary for spent fuel and waste disposal in Biden's Office of Nuclear Energy, has been revealed to have created a school policy when he was working for the Trevor Project that taught school districts techniques to hide from a parent if their child was experiencing gender dysphoria or suicidal ideations in relation to gender ideology.

According to Fox News, Brinton worked for the Trevor Project before joining the Biden administration and said in a September 9, 2019 press release, "our research shows that more than half of LGBTQ youth are not out to a single adult in school; these policies show LGBTQ youth, out or not, that their school is a safe place for them to learn, and that school staff are prepared to help them in times of crisis."

The Trevor Project is "an organization that purports itself to be an LGBT youth 'suicide prevention' nonprofit," while strongly advocating for the concepts of radical gender ideology in young people.

Brinton was fired from the Biden administration after being charged in two unrelated cases where Brinton allegedly stole women's luggage from airports. Brinton also has been accused of lying about receiving "conversion therapy."

Brinton's model states that teachers, instructors, and counselors at the school must "validate" a student's gender identity. Further, if a parent does not "affirm" their child's gender identity, it is the school's discretion whether to inform the parent about a child's potential suicidal thoughts.

According to Fox, along with "the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, the American School Counselor Association and the National Association of School Psychologists," Brinton, on behalf of the Trevor Project, helped create the "Model School District Policy on Suicide Prevention" which has been adopted by education departments in several US states, including Virginia, Idaho, Arizona, and California.

Founder and president of Parents Defending Education, Nicki Neily, told Fox News, "Parents love their children and want the best for them; we desperately want to be involved in their lives so that we can help our family members thrive, both personally and academically."

"It is unconscionable that a document created by associations, which parents trust — such as the school counselors and school psychologists — would imply otherwise," Neily said. "This is a deliberate attempt to undermine familial relationships, which are very difficult to rebuild once damaged."

The model states, "Recent research shows that LGBTQ youth who are rejected by their parents are at a much higher risk of depression, suicide, illegal drug use, and unprotected sexual practices. Conversely, acceptance and support by family results in higher levels of self-esteem, lower levels of suicidal ideation and self-harm incidents, and better overall physical health."

"When a parent is notified of perceived suicide risk or an attempt, it is essential that the school maintain student confidentiality related to personal information such as sexual orientation or gender identity, especially when the student has not already disclosed to the parent or guardian and does not want it shared," the model reads.

"Information shared should be restricted to the perceived risk of suicide or facts of the attempt."

Brinton's model further says, "Through discussion with the student, the principal or school-employed mental health professional will assess whether there is further risk of harm due to parent or guardian notification. If the principal, designee, or mental health professional believes, in their professional capacity, that contacting the parent or guardian would endanger the health or well-being of the student, they may delay such contact as appropriate."
