On July 14, at the FAMiLY Leadership Summit at the Community Choice Credit Union Convention Center in Des Moines, Iowas, Former Fox News host Tucker Carlson will interview all presidential candidates in attendance.

According to the event website, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, former Vice President Mike Pence, South Carolina Senator Tim Scott, Entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy, and former Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley have all confirmed their spots. Front-runner former President Donald Trump has been invited but appears to have not confirmed his appearance.

President Joe Biden and his primary challenger Robert F. Kennedy Jr. were also invited but have not committed.

"Though the news tends to focus on the national leaders who attend, the FAMiLY Leadership Summit is about so much more than politics," the website reads. "We invite leaders, believers, from the spheres of government, faith, business, news, entertainment, and more to speak to our discerning Christian audience about leading meaningful impact in our nation."

"Choose Well 2024 is an initiative of The FAMiLY Leader designed to cultivate informed awareness so voters may embrace Christian values and a God-honoring vision for America, culminating in the General Election of 2024," it says.

As noted by the Washington Examiner, the summit takes place almost seven months before the 2024 Iowa caucuses, which are the opening contest in the race for the White House.

Since being ousted from his prime-time hosting position at Fox News earlier this year, Carlson has had success hosting a show on the social media platform Twitter. In June, his former employer sent Carlson a "cease and desist" letter after his first two episodes reached 169 million views combined.

In the month after Carlson's departure, Fox News lost almost a billion dollars in market cap and has struggled to find a host to take the 8 pm time slot.
